In this long-term position you will be joining the year 2 class and working collaboratively with the class teacher to ensure positive outcomes. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with good knowledge of the KS1 national curriculum that is passionate about making a positive impact on young people.
Your new role:
- Leading 1:1 and small group interventions for mixed/lower ability pupils in all core subjects
- Implement an array of positive behaviour strategies tailored to individual needs and responses
- Direct liaison with SLT on pupil behavioural requirements and positive responses
