I’m currently supporting a growing fintech business on a senior engineering leadership hire based in London. This is a high-impact role with a clear pathway into a Deputy CTO position over the next couple of years.
Essentials:
- Strong hands-on Java background (50/50)
- Capital Markets / trading systems experience
- Cloud, DevOps & CI/CD environments
- Experience leading small engineering teams for 4–5+ years
- Experience managing offshore/distributed teams
