Looking for a high-impact contract role where you’re not just maintaining systems, but building the future cloud platform? My client is working on a major Azure → GCP migration within a complex enterprise environment. This is a hands-on, senior role with real ownership across platform design, governance, and delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead Azure → GCP migration across critical workloads
  • Design and build GCP Landing Zones and platform architecture
  • Implement Terraform (IaC), CI/CD, and automation
  • Drive best practices across security, governance, and cost optimisation
  • Work closely with engineering teams to enable scalable, self-service platforms

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Proven background in platform engineering / DevOps / cloud infrastructure
  • Hands-on with Terraform + Kubernetes (GKE ideally)
  • Experience with cloud migrations (Azure → GCP a big plus)
  • Ability to operate in complex, multi-team environments
