To support their rapid global expansion, they are now seeking a Head of Solutions β a critical leadership role at the intersection of medicine, AI, and commercial innovation.
The Opportunity
This role will lead the strategic development, delivery, and commercialisation of AI-enabled solutions for pharmaceutical and healthcare partners. You will be responsible for translating complex clinical and real-world data capabilities into clear, scalable, market-ready products that directly address high-impact industry challenges. As a senior leader, youβll work closely with data science, engineering, and commercial teams to shape solution roadmaps, support major client engagements, and help drive global adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy for a portfolio of AI-driven life sciences solutions
- Define and evolve product roadmaps aligned to unmet market needs
- Translate clinical and real-world evidence insights into compelling commercial offerings
- Act as senior product authority in pre-sales discussions with global pharma clients
- Shape solution design, scoping, and proposal development
- Ensure outputs are clinically credible, transparent, and evidence-based
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across product and delivery
- Represent the organisation externally as a thought leader in AI & RWE
What Weβre Looking For
- Medical degree (MD) with clinical training
- Proven experience leading product or solutions teams within: Digital health / Pharma / Biotech / Health data or AI analytics
- Deep understanding of: Real-world evidence, Observational research, AI-enabled analytics
- Strong commercial mindset with experience engaging senior pharma stakeholders
- Track record of building scalable, revenue-generating solutions
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, global environment
