My Four Wheels are looking to expand our team and are recruiting both part time and full time Driving Instructors throughout the UK. Next year there will be a record 700,000 learner drivers hitting our roads, and there has never been a better time to become a Driving Instructor.

Benefits include having a car – our trainees receive a dual‑controlled vehicle – and the flexibility to set their own hours (Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm). Excellent pay ranges from £20,000 to £35,000 per year.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Reliable

  • Possess excellent customer‑service skills
  • Enjoy meeting new people

Once you have completed your training, you are guaranteed a job with us. After working with us for one year, we refund your training fees on a weekly basis up until year three. If you already hold an ADI licence, no training is required.

Requirements:

  • Have held a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2½ years
  • Have not been banned from driving in the last four years
  • Have no more than six points on your licence

Anyone can become a Driving Instructor; we have recruited candidates from various backgrounds including HGV drivers, teachers, delivery drivers, accountants, estate agents, and even those who have transitioned from sales or engineering.
