My Four Wheels is expanding our team and recruiting both part-time and full-time Driving Instructors across the UK. As the number of learner drivers increases, now is a better time to become a Driving Instructor.

Benefits include:

  • A dual-controlled car
  • Flexible working hours (Monday to Sunday, 7am‑7pm)
  • Excellent pay of £20,000‑£35,000 per year
  • Cost-effective training
  • Guaranteed job upon completion of training
  • Training fees refunded weekly up to the end of year 3 after 1 year of service

If you already hold your ADI licence, no training is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver driving lessons to learners
  • Manage lesson schedules
  • Provide feedback and support to help students achieve passing scores
  • Maintain a learner-friendly learning environment
  • Ensure compliance with all UK driving regulations

Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) held for at least 2½ years
  • No driving ban in the last 4 years
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
  • Reliable, punctual, patient with excellent customer service skills and enjoys meeting new people
