We are looking for a Project Manager who has experience in the Health sector to join our London Real Estate team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to handover. You will also have the opportunity to work on live projects, leading small to medium sized complex commissions and supporting major complex new build schemes in London. This is a great opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our market leading Health and Education Division.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and secure resources for the project or programme, using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Lead and manage the project or programme team and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, using effective mitigation and contingency strategies
  • Ensure the project or programme stays on track and delivers on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards
  • Build, sustain and facilitate relationships with project or programme stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement
  • Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the project or programme, using appropriate metrics and indicators
  • Evaluate the impact and benefits of the project or programme, using evidence-based methods and tools

Qualifications

  • Post-graduate level professional qualification in project management (must be internationally recognised)
  • Degree in a relevant field (preferable)
  • Experience in Health projects, such as hospitals, clinics, or research facilities
  • Strong contract administration skills, especially with NEC contracts
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and resources
  • Knowledge of the UK Department of Health and Social Care's management systems and tools
