As an Infrastructure Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of complex technology programmes, guiding agile teams across cloud, network, and platform transformations. Working in high‑assurance environments, you will help drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes while taking ownership of delivery practices.
Due to the secure nature of the programme you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This position will be based on site near Gloucester, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities- Lead agile delivery across infrastructure-focused teams, supporting programmes spanning cloud, networks, platforms, and DevOps.
- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Coach and support teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
- Remove and resolve delivery impediments to maintain team momentum.
- Collaborate and align with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Track and report delivery metrics, progress, and dependencies.
- Enable and improve agile delivery practices across infrastructure teams.
- Coordinate and support complex infrastructure transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within infrastructure, DevOps, or enterprise technology environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with infrastructure domains (cloud, networks, platforms, data centres).
- Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams.
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) desirable.
