What You’ll Take On
As Garment Technologist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering product across WWR Wovens/Menswear, with responsibility for:
- Leading front-end product development, including blocks, fit, and construction
- Driving technical innovation and continuous product improvement across the range
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with the Product team and supply base
- Approving and progressing product to meet customer expectations, with clear and concise communication both internally and externally
- Managing the supply base to ensure expectations on quality, fit, and execution are consistently met
- Leading in-season performance: reviewing product quality, carrying out audits, and using insight to improve product and reduce returns
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where ownership, pace, and accountability are essential and where going above and beyond is simply the norm.
