As a Customer Representative, you’ll play a vital role in delivering great customer experiences at our branch. You’ll assist customers in person, over the phone, and online.
About the role
Based at 25 High Road, Wood Green, Greater London.
The position is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, full‑time (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday).
Applicants must be within a 45‑minute commute to the branch.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the branch and take the time to understand their needs.
- Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, keeping customer needs, security and fairness front of mind.
- Guide customers through banking products and services that are right for them.
- Work closely with colleagues in a busy branch environment, supporting one another to deliver excellent customer service even at peak times.
- Follow processes, spot potential issues and raise concerns where required to protect customers and the bank.
- Play a vital role in keeping face‑to‑face banking meaningful, accessible and respectful.
