The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role will report into the Workplace, Property & Colleague Enablement Director. You will work with stakeholders from within the team, across the business, and externally to deliver long‑term commercial value and strategic programme outcomes across WP&CE by leading commercial governance, optimising supplier partnerships, and overseeing the successful delivery of transformation and integration initiatives.

The role ensures robust governance, cost efficiency, sustainability, and alignment with NBS’s objectives, enabling operational excellence and resilience.
