We’re looking for a Senior Systems Specialist (Core) to join one of our dedicated 24/7 Shift teams within the Enterprise Command Centre (ECC) at our Head Office in Swindon. In this fast‑paced technical environment, no two days are ever the same. You’ll work alongside experienced IT specialists on a rotating shift pattern, taking a key role in leading the resolution of major IT system incidents. If you enjoy problem‑solving and want to develop your skills at the heart of a critical IT operation, this is the opportunity for you.

As a Senior Systems Specialist within our shift‑based Enterprise Command Centre team, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across incident and change activities, ensuring that IT system and service failures or outages are identified rapidly and either resolved or escalated to the shift management team. This role operates on a 24/7 shift pattern of 3 days on and 3 days off (7:00am–7:00pm), followed by 3 nights on and 3 nights off (7:00pm–7:00am). This is a critical, hands‑on technical position at the heart of our operations and includes an additional shift allowance of £9,200 per annum.
