We’re seeking an accomplished Senior Manager – Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Agentic Literacy to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide literacy programs that transform how our organisation understands and uses data, AI, and agentic systems.
You will embed a culture of data fluency by delivering targeted, engaging, and role-relevant learning experiences that enable employees to understand, interpret, and apply data, analytics, and AI effectively in their roles.

For this job you’ll spend at least two days per week in the office, or if part time you’ll spend 40% of your working time. Based at either our Swindon or London office. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works.
