You will be working on the regulatory reporting and implementation of models covering Treasury Risks and Financial Reporting. What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of developing and enhancing Finance reporting systems, ensuring they are accurate, resilient and efficient. Acting as a technical lead on high‑impact initiatives, you’ll use tools such as SAS, SQL and Databricks to design scalable, insight‑driven solutions. You’ll work closely with Finance and Treasury colleagues to support business growth and transformation, contributing across both project delivery and day‑to‑day activity in an Agile environment. Alongside this, you’ll maintain and continually improve the existing reporting suite, proactively identifying issues and resolving them to keep processes running smoothly.

About you

You’re someone who is keen to apply their programming and data analysis skills in a financial environment and likes to get a deep understanding of a problem and come up with creative but practical solutions. You enjoy working collaboratively and are always looking for ways to improve and innovate. As a minimum, you’ll have/be:

  • Familiarity with Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) processes and tools like SQL, VBA, Python, or Qlik would be advantageous
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets
  • A numerical, analytical or technical background
  • Clear communication and the ability to explain technical ideas in a simple, friendly way
  • The ability to work and collaborate well with non‑technical colleagues
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment
