We’re strengthening our engineering capability to secure and enhance the technology behind the UK’s largest building society.
As an SAP Security Engineer, you’ll play a key role in protecting critical banking systems by designing secure access controls, strengthening governance processes and supporting the adoption of modern security technologies.
You’ll work across SAP Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance and Database security, supporting both day‑time services and major transformation programmes.
This role goes beyond managing users and authorisations.
You’ll help shape how security is embedded across our SAP landscape, working alongside Architecture, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Risk, Audit and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable and resilient solutions.
You’ll help improve access governance, segregation of duties, privileged access management, security monitoring and automation.
You’ll help strengthen SAP security by identifying and managing vulnerabilities, supporting security patching activities, improving monitoring and ensuring risks are assessed, prioritised and remediated effectively.
This is an opportunity to solve complex security challenges, influence engineering standards and help build a modern, proactive SAP security capability across on‑premise and cloud‑based environments.
