This team also fuels the engine for critical internal services like payments processing, operations, accounting, and financial accounting all while keeping our technology stack fresh, modern, and future-ready.
We’re on the lookout for a visionary Lead Engineer with deep expertise in the SAP Fioneer Banking ecosystem, especially in Banking Technical (ABAP Ecosystem) and Data Migration. Nationwide is undergoing a bold transformation, consolidating our systems into a unified SAP-based ecosystem while simultaneously modernising our stack to SAP S/4 Transactional Banking. You’ll lead a diverse, talented engineering team that’s simplifying and reimagining the core banking technology landscape. Your leadership will be instrumental in unlocking our ability to deliver new products at speed - a cornerstone of our business strategy.
