The Project Manager leads complex, high-impact initiatives on behalf of the Credit Risk Value Stream. Delivering multiple projects and managing a team consisting of business analysts, engineers and business teams, to land change in credit risk systems and infrastructure. Projects range from product growth initiatives, integration projects and pure credit risk change, which are all fundamental to the simplification and growth of Nationwide Building Society. The impact of the role is felt directly by Nationwide members, as projects delivered ensure appropriate lending decisions are made, protecting customers' affordability whilst also underpinning the growth of the business.
