As a Media Manager, you'll play an important role in helping Nationwide deliver effective, customer focused and responsible paid media campaigns. Working closely with senior media colleagues, agency partners and stakeholders across marketing, product and digital teams, you'll support the planning, delivery and optimisation of media activity that helps achieve our business objectives.
You'll help ensure campaigns are managed in line with regulatory, compliance and brand requirements, while using performance data and insight to support informed decision making and continuous improvement. As part of a collaborative and fast paced team, you'll contribute to the smooth running of media activity, helping to deliver campaigns that reach the right audiences, drive measurable outcomes and create better experiences for our customers.
This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in paid media, strong attention to detail and a naturally analytical approach. You'll enjoy working with data, building relationships across teams and contributing to a structured environment where quality, governance and customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.
For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional office or hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration and in some locations you'll be expected to spend at least two days a week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, in the office. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works.
