This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Invoice team, which is a small specialist team within Business Banking. We provide a wide range of businesses with working capital support to aid cash flow and growth. You will play a key role in keeping the Society safe and in supporting our existing Invoice Finance customers and Invoice Finance Relationship Managers.

We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected. For this job, you'll be located at our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. This is anticipated to be monthly in Glasgow or Leeds.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of Invoice Finance and associated risk management whilst assisting Invoice Finance Relationship Managers with the onboarding of new Invoice Finance customers.
- You’ll complete timely and accurate processing of CHAPS and currency payments and deal with general administration relating to Invoice Finance facilities.
- A critical part of the role will include processing customers’ month-end sales ledger reconciliation returns as part of our wider risk management strategy to help keep us safe.
- You’ll be calculating and updating reserves to ensure accurate funding is available to our customers and interacting with customers for prompt query resolution.
- Working with various banking teams, such as Payment Operations & Finance, you’ll challenge, improve, and streamline existing processes whilst handling multiple tasks and prioritising workload.
