The Head of Insider Risk will play a critical role in both shaping and managing the insider risk management lifecycle and setting the direction for insider risk across the enterprise.
The role is designed to lead the Society on the management of insider risk on behalf of the accountable executive.
Reporting to the Cyber Security and Resilience Officer, the role holder will be required to lead and influence across multiple functions to ensure the relevant controls, frameworks and processes are adequately designed to ensure that we are operating in line with our risk appetite.
It will provide strategic support and insight to the CPO, People Directors, the Security and Resilience leadership team and the Chief Risk Officer to allow them to make decisions on where intervention might be required.
The role holder will also play a key role on the Security & Resilience leadership team.
