We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Governance and Reporting Manager to join our first-line Retail Risk team on a permanent basis. You’ll independently manage, oversee and challenge the operation of risk committees and relevant forums across Retail and Group Customer Operations, ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting and high-quality records that support effective executive decision‑making.

You will shape and continually improve the secretariat service, oversee committee inputs and action tracking, and help senior stakeholders evidence effective governance over risk and control. This is a highly visible role requiring excellent judgement, attention to detail and the confidence to provide advice, feedback and challenge at senior levels.
