End User Services is accountable for the delivery and support of the organisations end user computing estate, including laptops, physical and virtual desktops, operating systems and applications. As a Release (Evergreen) Analyst within the End User Services (Release & Protect team), you will play a key role in ensuring end user devices remain secure, compliant and fully supported across a large-scale estate of over 25,000 Windows and macOS devices.
This is a hands‑on technical role within a highly analytical team, responsible for driving the delivery of operating system, threat and vulnerability assessment, application and security updates. You will be involved in the full release lifecycle, from initial assessment and testing through to deployment and post-release support.
