As an Economic Crime Investigator, you’ll join our Legal Instruments Team as a trusted specialist in financial crime and data disclosure, playing a vital role in protecting Nationwide and its members. You’ll be responsible for the accurate, lawful and timely handling of court orders, legal instruments and requests from law enforcement agencies. Your work will support compliance with production and disclosure orders while safeguarding sensitive customer information and ensuring we meet our obligations under financial crime legislation.
This is a fast‑paced environment where accuracy, sound judgement, and a calm, methodical approach are essential. The role may also require you to attend court, so having direct experience in this environment, and the resilience to manage the pressures that come with it is essential.
