The Websites Team is responsible for all aspects of the Nationwide website estate - including, nationwide.co.uk; nationwide-intermediary.co.uk; themortgageworks.co.uk and product pages in the Internet bank and the Banking App. Our purpose is to ensure customers receive a simply brilliant experience every time they interact with us online.

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Demand & Resource Planning Consultant to join our Website Operations Team.

This is a key role at the heart of our delivery function, responsible for bringing visibility, structure and control to the flow of work across multiple teams. You'll work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the right work is prioritised, the right resources are available, and delivery plans remain realistic and achievable.

Through your insight, collaboration and ability to connect teams, you'll help create the conditions for successful delivery, enabling the Websites function to respond effectively to changing priorities while continuing to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, London, Bournemouth or Glasgow office. If you're based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
