The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

This is a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract. The role is hybrid. You will spend at least two days per week in office (or 40 % if part‑time) based at Swindon, London or Bournemouth. If you are aligned to our Glasgow hub you will need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.

Responsibilities

  • Operate at the heart of the squad, reporting to the Squad Manager.
  • Support the day‑to‑day work of colleagues, ensuring that every communication is well‑managed and delivered correctly and on time.
  • Coordinate with product, risk and distribution teams to keep communications on brand, accurate and approved before they are sent to customers.
  • Review and approval of customer communications, managing small changes to keep content, rates and branding correct.
  • Work closely with squad members – Squad Lead, peers, communications and delivery consultants, art workers and executives – to deliver communications seamlessly.
  • Contribute to a positive squad culture and continuous improvement.
