Nationwide’s Virgin Money Integration Product team is looking for an Assistant Product Manager. We’re seeking a driven and high performing candidate who can help deliver the migration of Virgin Money Savings customers into Nationwide. The role is responsible for supporting development and delivery of customer journeys, development of new products, assessing customer harms and helping to define our approach to customer communications and business readiness.

In this role you will work closely across the team with other Product Managers & Senior Managers, as well as interact with other stakeholders across the business to support the delivery of Virgin Money integration activities. You will liaise with individuals across the organisation particularly within Group Marketing, Group Distribution, Risk, Operations and Finance to deliver change. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Supporting development of technology/journey solution requirements
  • Supporting Assessing and supporting development of Customer Harms Assessments (in line with Product Lifecycle)
  • Product/process design and delivery (where required as an integration enabler)
  • Supporting development of customer communications and delivery
  • Supporting development of enterprise-wide Business Readiness (e.g. Channel, Operations et al)

As a minimum requirement you have:

  • Good commercial acumen
  • Be able to analyse and interpret data and insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Understand how Savings products work
