This is a part-time 6-month FTC role, with the possibility of extension or a permanent role depending on performance and business needs. The working hours are

Talent Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process across the business, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Working closely with managers, the role will support all stages of recruitment, from vacancy approval through to onboarding, whilst helping to strengthen Remtek's employer brand and talent attraction strategy.

The Talent Coordinator will proactively source candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment systems and records, and continuously improve recruitment processes to support the organisation's current and future hiring needs.

The role plays a key part in ensuring the business attracts, engages, and hires high-quality talent whilst delivering a professional, efficient, and candidate-focused recruitment experience.

Requirements

Essential

  • Previous experience within a recruitment, talent acquisition, or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with managers and candidates.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems, or HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
