Role Overview
This role sits within Finance as part of the Virgin Money Finance Integration Programme, a major transformation supporting the integration of Virgin Money into Nationwide. Working across Finance, Product, and delivery teams, the programme ensures systems, data, and processes are integrated safely and under strong governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Finance process change, ensuring readiness for new and migrated product capabilities.
- Embed robust accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and treasury processes.
- Manage dependencies and maintain effective control of risks and decisions.
- Protect financial integrity, meet regulatory requirements, and enable a smooth, well‑governed transition that supports long‑term value and confidence for Nationwide’s members.
Contract Details
This is a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. For this job, you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part‑time, 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or London office. We will also consider Glasgow as a location, noting this is a hub.
