We are seeking a People Services Advisor to join the Post Offer Team within People Services on an 8-month secondment basis. As a People Services Advisor, you will provide high quality consistent advice whilst administering processes within the team maintaining defined framework service level agreements (SLA’s). For this job, you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our Northampton office. You will be working closely with your colleagues in Recruitment and People Services to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. The successful applicant will be managing their own workload whilst prioritising appropriately to achieve project deadlines and SLA’s. Liaising with third party suppliers and relevant stakeholders, building strong, lasting relationships while administering offers and contracts for both internal and external early careers candidates.
In this role, you will respond to general enquiry emails to support candidates and hiring managers within agreed SLA’s while operating within GDPR and in accordance to FCA/PRA regulatory requirements. You will also ensure accuracy of keying within PeopleCloud and maintain knowledge and understanding to provide guidance on UKVI right to work requirements and visas. You’ll be resolving day to day onboarding enquiries, issues and complaints; investigating where necessary to achieve a full resolution ensuring a high standard of customer service is applied by proactively working with the immediate and wider People & Culture teams. You’ll identify potential improvements to processes through the creation and updating of “How to Guides” and you will support training team members and cross skilling within the teams.
