We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑driven Business Support Analyst to join our Supplier Operations team within Supplier Management – Collections & Recoveries (C&R). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting customers through challenging times while working in a fast‑paced and varied environment.
You’ll work closely with our panel of suppliers, including Debt Collection Agencies and Field Agents, as well as manage cases involving Debt Management Companies such as StepChange and PayPlan. In this role, you’ll help drive team performance by maintaining SLAs, supporting telephony effectiveness, analysing data, and preparing MI.
You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement across the team, support coaching and development activities, act as an escalation point for complex queries, and get involved in a range of operational projects. This is a full‑time position that requires flexibility to attend face‑to‑face meetings and office‑based activities as needed by the business. This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.
At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.
