This is a highly demanding and fast-paced integrated PR account with a significant volume of moving parts. We’re looking for someone exceptionally organised and proactive who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to a very busy programme of work. Starting immediately and working through June and possibly July.
Role Overview
We need a strong Project Manager (ideally at Senior Account Manager to Account Director level, or with equivalent project management experience within an agency environment) to support the account team as soon as possible. The role will focus on keeping multiple workstreams running smoothly across PR, social, talent, content and internal approvals, while helping the team manage an extremely active and fast-moving client.
Nature of the Account
The account is very intense and fast-paced, with:
- Multiple concurrent PR campaigns and launches
- A high volume of email chains, campaign threads and communication channels to monitor
- Numerous internal and external stakeholders
- Frequent client requests and urgent turnarounds
- Tight deadlines and evolving priorities
- Cross-functional coordination across PR, social, influencer, creative and production teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines, status trackers and delivery schedules
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners
- Manage approvals and ensure actions are followed through
- Track deliverables and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Prioritise urgent requests and flag risks early
- Drive accountability and maintain momentum across the team
- Support efficient communication with both internal stakeholders and the client

Requirements
- Significant project management experience within a PR, communications or integrated agency environment
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and overlapping deadlines simultaneously
- Strong process management skills and confidence establishing ways of working
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior internal teams and demanding clients
- Calm, solutions-focused and highly proactive under pressure
- Experience managing large volumes of emails, campaign threads, approval processes and cross-functional communications
- Comfortable working to very tight turnaround times and shifting priorities
- Strong personality who can confidently challenge, prioritise and keep teams on track
