Our HR Case Management team have always played a pivotal role in providing specialist employee relations advice and end-to-end support to managers.
As a People Services Advisor, you'll be providing operational and administrative support to the wider Case Management team, in turn creating great service for our leaders and employees, with the customer at the heart of everything we do. This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.

What you'll be doing:
You'll be part of a well-valued and supportive team and may be involved in everything from administering and supporting the end-to-end Case Management processes, including the logistics of arranging all Fair Treatment at Work formal hearings and meetings across the business, liaising with multiple stakeholders, producing and compiling quality packs to support all parties in these important and sensitive hearings.
Our People Services Advisors also ensure sickness absence benefits for our employees are managed accurately and in a timely manner to a payroll deadline each month, and the triage of workplace adjustment queries, liaising with specialist providers of workplace adjustments assessments and ordering of specialist equipment if required.
About you:
As a minimum you'll need:
- To operate with a strong attention to detail and accuracy at pace
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and short turn-around times
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- To act with integrity to manage confidential and sensitive cases
- Strong collaboration skills, being able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers
- Experience of working in an operational environment with multiple activities/priorities
