This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Invoice team, which is a small specialist team within Business Banking. We provide a wide range of businesses with working capital support to aid cash flow and growth. You will play a key role in keeping the Society safe and in supporting our existing Invoice Finance customers and Invoice Finance Relationship Managers.

There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. This is anticipated to be monthly in Glasgow or Leeds.
What you’ll be doing:
- Learn about all aspects of Invoice Finance and associated risk management whilst assisting Invoice Finance Relationship Managers with the onboarding of new Invoice Finance customers.
- Complete timely and accurate processing of CHAPS and currency payments, and deal with general administration relating to Invoice Finance facilities.
- Process customers’ month-end sales ledger reconciliation returns as part of our wider risk management strategy to help keep us safe.
- Calculate and update reserves to ensure accurate funding is available to our customers and interact with customers for prompt query resolution.
- Work with various banking teams, such as Payment Operations.
