Role Overview
At Nationwide, a Customer Representative role supports customers with our services across all channels: transactions on the till, inbound calls, and supporting product applications through digital sales.
This role involves providing first‑class service in person, via phone and online.
Responsibilities
- Handle transactions on the till and assist customers with product applications.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries through phone and online channels.
- Work on the counter to educate customers on digital banking and easier banking options.
- Build knowledge day by day to answer all customer queries and ensure high quality customer experience.

Requirements
- Must live within a 45‑minute commute of the branch they will be assigned to.
- Part‑time positions will be paid pro‑rata. No holiday can be taken in the first three weeks of training.
