This is an exceptional chance for an ESG professional to step into a high-impact, standalone leadership role shaping sustainability on a truly global stage. As Group Sustainability Manager, you will lead the development, coordination and delivery of Infinigate’s sustainability strategy across the entire Group, ensuring we meet our environmental, social and governance commitments in a practical, commercially aligned and future-focused way. You’ll act as a catalyst for positive change and the champion for the key pillars of our global sustainability agenda. We are pleased to offer this opportunity as a full-time, permanent position which can be based from any of our UK based offices (London, Woking, South Cerney or Fareham). Infinigate offers a hybrid working policy comprising of two days working from home and 3 days in office.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years in sustainability strategy development and implementation, as well as project management.
- Strong understanding of sustainability, ESG, carbon accounting, and corporate reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of key sustainability frameworks and regulations, such as CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, and Science Based Targets.
- Knowledge of key sustainability rating frameworks including EcoVadis and CDP.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate activity across multiple teams, countries, and functions.
- Strong analytical skills, including confidence working with data, spreadsheets, ESG metrics, and reporting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex sustainability topics into clear business language.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels of seniority.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align sustainability priorities with business objectives.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently in an international business.
- Practical problem-solving mindset, with the ability to move from strategy to implementation.
