As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing a professional, efficient, and highly skilled support service to our Senior Directors, Directors, and Associate Directors, enabling the delivery of a simply brilliant customer experience. We are looking for proactive people, who are ready to make a real difference to a successful and expanding team.
This role is within the Premium Team, which is part of Business Banking Operations and is responsible for fulfilling onboarding, lending, and admin requirements for our business customers. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, so there will need to be some flexibility to work across these hours. We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.

More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK-wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected. For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our London office. If you are aligned to our Glasgow or Edinburgh hubs (as these are your nearest locations), there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events. This is anticipated to be monthly in Glasgow or Edinburgh, although this frequency may vary.
