  • Data Strategy & Design - providing direction and coordination on Business Banking and broader Society data initiatives, including integration and technology. We’ll be shaping and embedding a cohesive data strategy aligned with business, regulatory and risk objectives.

We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK‑wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected. • Life assurance to provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones in the event of your death
  • Wellhub – access to a range of free and paid options for health and wellness
  • Up to 2 days of paid volunteering a year

You’ll be supporting the broader function with initiatives, activities, integration and transformation, while developing and maintaining strong working relationships within the broader Society. This will be one of the bigger challenges, and opportunities, as together we shape success for Business Banking and the Society. You’ll be supporting a range of activities associated with understanding and optimising Business Banking data, using advanced analytical skills and technologies to provide accurate, timely and insightful analysis of data, developing solutions to improve strategies and personalisation, ultimately providing data‑led, transformative valuable analytics.

You will be designing and implementing complex solutions into efficient, controlled and auditable BAU processes.
