We're looking for a Lead Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping the future of Business Banking Payments. Working across complex payment initiatives, you'll lead the analysis and design of solutions that improve customer journeys, strengthen operational processes and support strategic business objectives.

You'll use your expertise in business and corporate banking payments to translate complex requirements into clear target states, delivery roadmaps and practical solutions across domestic and international payments, cash management and payment servicing.

Working closely with business, technology and operational stakeholders, you'll help deliver change that balances customer value, regulatory requirements, operational resilience and commercial outcomes. You'll also provide leadership and direction to analysts, driving high standards of analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery excellence.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our London, Edinburgh, Gosforth or Glasgow office.
