We're searching for an individual who loves to cheer on their team and help them to perform, to grow and to reach their potential. We are looking for a Deputy Branch Manager for our branch in Newton Mearns, Glasgow. This role is a permanent position working full-time 35 hours per week, Monday – Saturday. What you’ll be doing:

You’ll need to be a team player with the ability to work closely with all your branch colleagues. Day-to-day, you’ll be supporting and working alongside your Cluster/Branch Manager to ensure the smooth running of the branch and helping to achieve the best outcomes for both our customers and your team. Acting as a role model, most of your time will be spent on the shop floor, where you will inspire and motivate your team to provide an excellent service. Throughout all this, you’ll be investing time in coaching and developing your team to a high standard. This role will require working with a high level of autonomy and you’ll be juggling several different priorities at any one time.
