You’ll be responsible for ensuring the customer experience in your branch is best on the high street, leading your team with commercial insight to achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Work on the branch floor alongside your team, ensuring they are fully trained and performing at their best.
  • Manage a high level of customer expectations and maintain in‑depth knowledge of all products and services.
  • Create and implement the branch’s business plan.
  • Organise and execute daily workflow efficiently while delivering excellent service.
  • Use computer systems and processes; training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing people in a busy retail environment.
  • Commercial understanding and knowledge of financial regulations and processes.
  • Ability to monitor branch activity to spot opportunities and improve customer outcomes.
  • Resilient, versatile, and flexible, with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Previous experience as a branch manager is desirable.
