You’ll be responsible for ensuring the customer experience in your branch is best on the high street, leading your team with commercial insight to achieve results.
Responsibilities
- Work on the branch floor alongside your team, ensuring they are fully trained and performing at their best.
- Manage a high level of customer expectations and maintain in‑depth knowledge of all products and services.
- Create and implement the branch’s business plan.
- Organise and execute daily workflow efficiently while delivering excellent service.
- Use computer systems and processes; training will be provided.
Qualifications
- Experience managing people in a busy retail environment.
- Commercial understanding and knowledge of financial regulations and processes.
- Ability to monitor branch activity to spot opportunities and improve customer outcomes.
- Resilient, versatile, and flexible, with strong prioritisation skills.
- Previous experience as a branch manager is desirable.
