A fantastic opportunity has become available to play a key role as a Performance Marketing Planning Consultant in the Planning Centre of Excellence team within the Customer Marketing team.
You will support the development of our 121 marketing planning capability, ensuring robust marketing plans align with strategies, commercial objectives, and customer priorities.
You will have responsibility for budget management, maintaining tight control of spend and reporting on all aspects of the budget.
Experience within a financial services environment is essential to navigate regulatory and commercial considerations.
Analysis and interpretation of complex performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks is a core part of the role.
You will provide evidence‑based recommendations that drive optimisation and improve business outcomes.

Working hours per week range from 28 to 35 hours.
Hybrid working is available, and you may be expected to spend at least two days a week in the office (or 40% of your working time if part‑time).
- What you’ll be doing
- Support planning activities across Customer Marketing Squads.
- Oversee the development of short‑ and long‑term marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Build relationships across the Planning community, Customer Marketing Squads, and key stakeholders.
- Use marketing performance data to identify insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Lead budget management, reporting, and forecasting of the customer marketing plan.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing investment using historical performance data.
- Ensure governance, processes, and controls are in place and continually improve ways of working.
About you
- Experience within financial services, performance (121) marketing, planning and engagement with commercial acumen.
- Excellent eye for detail to ensure quality and accuracy of reporting.
- Ability to analyse complex budget & performance data to spot trends and make recommendations.
- Exceptional organisational skills to prioritise work for the Planning Centre of Excellence & Squads.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with multi‑disciplined teams.
- A curious, positive mindset with a passion for innovation in performance marketing.
