The predicted salary is between 35000 - 40000 £ per year.

You’ll be responsible for making sure the customer experience in your branch is the best on the high street. Your leadership skills and keen commercial mind will get the best results from your team. This is a permanent position, full‑time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Part‑time roles will be paid pro‑rata. The branch is within a 45‑minute commute. First 3 weeks are training; no holiday during that period. The advert may close early if the volume of suitable applications is high.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working on the branch floor alongside your team, you’ll make sure they are fully trained and performing at their best.
  • You’ll manage a high level of customer expectations, have an in‑depth knowledge of all products and services, and create and implement the branch business plan.
  • You will be organized, able to work quickly while still giving best service, and use computer systems and processes (training provided).

About you

  • Head of a retail branch, leading people and meeting FCA standards, delivering top‑notch customer service and positive outcomes.
  • Experience managing people in a busy retail environment, with commercial understanding and knowledge of financial regulations and processes.
  • Proactive monitoring and exploration of branch activity to spot opportunities and improve customer experience.
  • Resilient, versatile, and flexible, able to prioritise and deal with ever‑changing requests.
  • Previous experience as a branch manager is an advantage.
