In 2023, we created our charity, the Better Coffee Foundation, to undo the damage done by the global coffee industry - in our first year, we recovered 43 million pods' worth of ocean-bound plastic.
At Grind, we’re always developing our cocktail and bar culture and are now looking for an enthusiastic bartender who enjoys making classical drinks with contemporary twists.
Our Bartenders focus on the need for consistency and attention to detail when it comes to the classics, and contribute to the seasonal menus alongside the Bar Managers.
We are looking for energetic night owls to join the Grind Crew in any of our Central London Locations!
As a Grind Bartender of course we expect the usual stuff on a day to day basis; great service, cocktail consistency and some quality shaking. In return we'll have a structured personal development plan for you to push your career to the next stages, whatever that may be.
