The Opportunity: Partnerships are the connective tissue of our growth strategy, extending our reach, amplifying our value, and embedding Dixa into the ecommerce ecosystem. As Partnership Manager, you'll play a key role in building our end-to-end partnerships GTM motion.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in partnership management with proven success driving partner revenue, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce, CX, or customer service technology ecosystem. Existing network in the Ecommerce space is an additional bonus
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Can confidently engage with executive-level stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Hands-on experience executing partner GTM, events, webinars, and co-marketing campaigns
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Crossbeam, Slack, Notion, Excel, and AI productivity tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track partnership KPIs and optimize performance
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% for partner meetings and events
