Are you passionate about shaping talent, driving career growth, and building an inclusive culture? Canon EMEA is seeking a dynamic leader to own and evolve our Talent & Career Development strategy. In this role, you will manage and enhance our Career Paths framework, steward the Canon EMEA Talent Management Policy, and design impactful initiatives that support our future business ambitions.

Working closely with our Learning & Capability Development team, you will create and embed programmes that help us attract, develop, and retain the talent we need across all market spaces. You will also play a key role in championing our DE&I principles—ensuring they are fully integrated across the entire employee lifecycle to foster a diverse workforce and an outstanding employee experience.
