Situated full time within a Canon office location, the role is to provide support and provision of first and second line troubleshooting regarding connectivity, enabler software and systems related problems, and, as required, carry out service calls on core product.
The role is predominantly focused on providing systems support and rectification of faults or escalation to the appropriate Client resolver group / Canon internal department. To make frequent contributions to the ongoing development of the Client account and overall service performance.
