Legal retains full ownership of legal terms, legal risk assessment and approval of any non‑standard contractual provisions. The Contract Specialist ensures early Legal engagement, clear communication of commercial risks, and adherence to contract governance processes across the business, including escalation of contractual deviations or complex legal issues to the Legal team.
