Responsibilities
- As a Trainee Engineer, you’ll learn how to maintain, repair and service a range of office multi‑functional products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults
- Carry out routine servicing and preventive maintenance
- Support equipment installations and set‑ups both onsite and remotely
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Ensure equipment downtime is kept to a minimum to support smooth customer operations
