This role is a core part of the HR Operations team and is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and compliant HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring data integrity within HR Oracle and other HR systems. It also provides essential administrative support by preparing employee documentation and acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries.
In addition, the role carries critical compliance responsibility as the Security Controller for Canon UK & Ireland, overseeing all mandatory vetting processes to ensure adherence to customer security requirements and protect key contracts.
