To provide strategic HR Business Partner support to assigned EMEA Functions Leadership teams, acting as a single point of contact to maximise people and organisational capabilities across the region in close connection with the country HRDs, relevant NSO Leaders and EMEA Leadership teams. Orchestrating HR practices in the most effective and efficient way to deliver sustainable growth through a highly skilled & motivated workforce.
Responsibilities
- Acts as first point of contact for function leaders providing strategic support of all aspects of human resource management for multiple functions across EMEA.
- Develops a function specific strategy for establishing Human Resources policies and practices that meet the functions requirements and ensure integration with organisational strategies and specifically MTP content.
- Leads the process of implementing international human resources programs and policies relevant for their functions in conjunction with the HR centres of excellence and aligned to functional needs.
- Plans, directs and implements the HR function for the EMEA region working in close collaboration with the Core HR Strategy team, and the HR teams in the NSO’s/RSO’s.
- Drives headcount and labour cost planning for assigned functions and works with other key stakeholders in HR (central and local) to ensure effective management of headcount budgeting and planning processes to ensure they are aligned to agreed workforce plans & delivering to our MTP commitments.
- Provides coaching and support to develop RSHQ HRBPs.
- Keeps self and others abreast of best practices and uses these, where relevant, to continuously improve our people & organisational practices.
- Change Management lead for assigned functions, including preparing and sharing relevant materials to support transformation projects and any information or consultation topics relevant for the European Works Council meetings.
